2 Lead Change offers career coaching services to individuals or groups. Whether new to Canada and looking for work in a specific field, or considering postgraduate education and unsure where to apply, 2 Lead Change can assist through one-on-one individualized sessions or workshops in career development such as “Working With Heart” or “Effective Resumes”.

Previous Projects

Recruitment/Business Development for International Development Projects

Ms. Poe worked with the Agribusiness and Trade Unit of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Emerging Markets providing support in project/proposal administration, marketing and recruiting. For example, she assisted with proposal coordination and recruitment for a USAID funded Kenya Horticulture Development Project (value 5 Million USD).

Employment/ Internet Training

As coordinator of different training programs funded through the Federal government and administered by the Waterloo Region District School Board, Ms. Poe managed staff, developed programs, liaised with businesses, associations, and educational institutions and conducted participant assessments.
